It's a....

GIRL!!!

We found out the beginning of April that we were expecting! We are both SO excited and can't wait to meet our little girl! Her due date is December 9th. We kept it a secret for a little while and told our families on Mother's Day.
We had our DR appointment the other day and they said she is growing just right and looks great and we found out our baby is a girl! We are both so excited that were getting a little girl! We LOVE little girls! They are so sweet and fun! And of course the shopping has already started! She will be quite the little Diva!
When we found out we were pregnant I had felt just fine and didn't feel sick at all. Almost exactly a week to the day the morning sickness hit and it hit hard and didn't go anywhere! I'm 20 weeks now and I still have a little bit of sickness. It defiantly has gotten better but I can't wait until my nose can't smell every dang thing and I can eat something without thinking "hmm.. what should I eat that will not be so bad to throw up?!" But it will defiantly all be worth it once this little princess is here! We are pretty sure (90% sure!) that we will name her Andi Jo Thompson.

Ever since we got married we have just had Sean's BIG truck to drive, so when we found out we were pregnant we decided we better start looking for something that's more of a family car. We ended up finding a small SUV that we love and traded in the truck. It was kinda a sad day (Yes I cried! Being pregnant I cry over almost anything now!) The realities of a baby coming and starting a family are starting to hit us!

Our Summer Happenings so far!

So far we have had a pretty good summer!! Pretty laid back and not to busy! Here is what we have been up to-

Madison (my little sister) plays baseball with the boys and then softball with the girls all summer long. This year she is on a traveling softball team also. So we have been catching a few of her games and also driving to some of her tournaments to watch her play. She plays catcher, outfield, and sometimes 3rd. I went to her Bear Lake tournament and we also went to her Chubbuck & Rigby tournaments. This last weekend they took 1st place at their Soda Springs tournament!! Go CYCLONES!

This summer I have been watching Karlie, my niece, a couple days a week while my sister works. She is such a fun little girl! We love her lots!

Breakfast time!

My family ran the Pride Day Snowmobile Water Races again this year for the 6th time! The weather was way crappy this year but we still had fun. There were a few sleds that sunk!

Karlie & Grandpa Dale watching the races!

After the races got over we headed to Lava for the Murdock reunion (Sean's side). We were a little late joining in on the activities but we made it in time to go hang out in the hot pools with all the cousins. It was lots of fun spending time all together. We stayed the night and hung out in Lava Sunday afternoon. Sean and a few cousins got the bright idea to float down the river, which was freezing cold water at the time and it was freezing outside also!

Here they are going down the "BIG" waterfall!

A few weeks ago my mom's side of the family decided to do a camp out in Lava and float the river. It was TONS of fun to get together with everyone and camp in Grandma & Grandpa's trailer like we used to when we were younger. And floating the river was a blast!! Besides my dad not being very good at it and almost sinking our tube!

The other night Tyler (Sean's brother) got us some box seat tickets to the Chukar's baseball game. The weather was perfect, the treats were yummy, and the Chukars WON! It was lots of fun!

4th of July!

For the 4th this year we went with Sean's family to Utah and stayed with his Aunt & Uncle for the weekend in West Jordan, UT. We had LOTS of fun!! We mostly just relaxed, shopped a little!, and spent time with the family. Saturday we got up and went to the West Jordan parade. The floats there were amazing! They had to have put lots of time and money into them. They were way over the top! Not what were used to in little East Idaho! They also had a carnival going on for the 4th while we were there, but we missed it because the dang boys ordered the UFC fight and spent all night watching that instead of going to the carnival and fireworks! (Boys do NOT get a say in the 4th of July planning next year! haha) We went swimming Moday before we headed home. The pool was lots of fun and it was so hot so it felt great! We hung out in the kiddie pool with Ellie and of course Sean & Tyler were like little kids going down the slide! They loved it! We had a fun weekend and went to some really fun stores!

One of the MANY floats! I think this one was the coolest!
